The Proffie board is an open-source, highly customisable core best suited for advanced users familiar with editing config files and firmware for full control over effects, motion settings, and more.

All sabers come with a lifetime warranty covering damage on arrival, product defects, and soundboard malfunctions (after following our troubleshooting steps). For returns unrelated to product quality, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Items
Items that arrive damaged or malfunctioning are eligible for return or replacement. Please contact us for support.
Non-Defective Items
Returns for non-defective products are accepted requested within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in its original packaging with all tags intact
