WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?
We dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of purchase.
Subscription renewals ship between the 15th–22nd of each month.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 1–3 working days (Royal Mail)
- USA: 2–5 working days (UPS/USPS)
- International: 5–10 working days
ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH DISNEY?
We are passionate fans of Star Wars and the incredible universe created by Disney, Lucasfilm, and their partners. However, Smugglers Crate is not officially affiliated, associated, endorsed, or licensed by Disney or Lucasfilm. We simply curate Star Wars-themed products for fellow fans.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX?
Each crate contains a curated mix of Star Wars collectibles, which may include:
Clothing, figures, artwork, comics, and other themed items.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You’ll be charged on the day of your first purchase. Subsequent subscription charges are as follows:
- Monthly: 1st of each month
- Bi-Monthly: Every 2 months on the 1st
- 3-Month Pre-Pay: Every 3 months on the 1st
CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
Yes! You can cancel anytime through your customer account.

CAN I SEND SMUGGLERS CRATE AS A GIFT?
Absolutely — we make gifting easy! Choose a one-off crate or subscription and enter the recipient’s delivery details at checkout.

We ship worldwide.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive a tracking email once your crate ships. If you don’t see tracking and your expected delivery date has passed, email hello@smugglerscrate.com and we’ll assist.
