Billing Info
For our Smugglers Crate subscriptions, your card is charged on the day you purchase your first box. You will be billed again on the 1st of each following month until you cancel for the Monthly plan or every 2 months if on the Bi-Monthly plan. If you subscribe to the 3 month pre-pay plan you will billed 3 months later on the 1st of that month.
E.g. if you subscribe to the monthly crate on 8th January, you will be billed next on 1st February. Similarly, if you subscribe to the 3 month subscription on 17th January you will be billed 3 months later on 1st April.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel, simply access your customer account here.
