All sabers come with a 1-year warranty covering damage on arrival, product defects, and soundboard malfunctions (after following our troubleshooting steps). For returns unrelated to product quality, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note: Our warranty does not cover damage from dueling, misuse, improper handling, or resale. Attempting repairs without guidance may void the warranty. Contact our support team at hello@smugglerscrate.com first if you experience any issues.

Defective Items
Items that arrive damaged or malfunctioning are eligible for return or replacement. Please contact us for support.
Non-Defective Items
Returns for non-defective products are accepted requested within 14 days of delivery, unopened and in its original packaging with all tags intact
