What is Smugglers Crate?
Smugglers Crate is a subscription box company bringing you an awesome shipment of gear and collectibles from a galaxy far far away! Each box is created by our team of Star Wars fanatics who work with brands all over the world to bring you exclusive items curated just for Star Wars fans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, all of our subscriptions are no commitment and be cancelled anytime. To cancel, simply log into your account via the My Account page where you can manage your subscription.
Can I gift Smugglers Crate?
Yes, you can send any of our crates as a gift to the lucky recipient! Simply enter their details when going through the checkout and we’ll deliver the box to them.
How long does it take to ship?
We aim to ship boxes within 1-3 days after the order has been placed. If you subscribe then subsequent subscription orders will ship between the 14th-18th of the month. UK boxes are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 1-3 working days of shipment whilst International boxes typically arrive in 5-10 working days.
What ages is this suitable for?
Our boxes cater for fans of all ages. Our Collector’s Edition crates are curated more for adult fans so if you are purchasing for a child we suggest selecting our Knight or Master plans. However, if they are a super-fan the Collector’s box is still suitable!
