Wann kommt meine Box an?

Ihre erste Box wird innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen versandt. Britische Pakete erreichen uns in der Regel innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen, internationale Pakete in der Regel innerhalb von 5-10 Werktagen. Alle Abonnementverlängerungen werden zwischen dem 14. und 18. des Monats versandt.

Kann ich jederzeit kündigen?

Ja, Sie können jederzeit kündigen! Melden Sie sich dazu einfach hier in Ihrem Abonnement-Konto an.

Wann wird mir eine Gebühr berechnet?

Bei unseren Smugglers Crate-Abonnements wird Ihre Karte am Tag des Kaufs Ihrer ersten Box belastet. Bei Monatsabonnements erfolgt die Abrechnung jeweils am 1. des Folgemonats. Bei den zweimonatigen und 3-monatigen Prepaid-Abonnements erfolgt die Abrechnung jeweils am 1. des zweiten bzw. dritten Monats.
