Quand ma box arrivera-t-elle ?

Votre première box est expédiée sous 1 à 3 jours ouvrés. Les box britanniques arrivent généralement sous 1 à 3 jours ouvrés, tandis que les box internationales arrivent généralement sous 5 à 10 jours ouvrés. Toutes les commandes de renouvellement d'abonnement sont expédiées entre le 14 et le 18 du mois.

Puis-je annuler à tout moment ?

Oui, vous pouvez annuler à tout moment ! Accédez simplement à votre compte d'abonnement ici pour annuler.

Quand serai-je facturé ?

Pour nos abonnements Smugglers Crate, votre carte est débitée le jour de l'achat de votre première boîte. Si vous avez souscrit un abonnement mensuel, vous serez facturé le 1er de chaque mois suivant. Les abonnements bimensuels et trimestriels prépayés sont facturés le 1er de chaque mois, respectivement.
