When will my box arrive?
Your 1st box dispatches within 1-3 days. All recurring boxes ship between the 14th and 18th of each month. UK boxes typically arrive within 1-3 working days of shipment whilst International boxes typically arrive in 5-10 working days. All orders come with tracking.
When will I be charged?
For our Smugglers Crate subscriptions, your card is charged on the day you purchase your first box. If you're on the monthly plan, you will be billed again on the 1st of each following month until you cancel. If you subscribe to the 3 month pre-pay plan you will billed 3 months later on the 1st of that month.Â
How do I cancel?Â
Cancelling is easy! Simply visit the customer portal which can be accessed via the link in your subscription confirmation email or by logging into your account here.
